# TKT

> TKT is an event ticketing platform for organisers across Africa, built by Loft Technologies Ltd (registered in Uganda, No. 80020003134457). Organisers create events, sell tickets across every channel from one live inventory, take payments the way their audience actually pays, run the gate, and reconcile everything afterwards. TKT is not a ticket marketplace: every organiser owns their audience and sells from their own branded event pages.

Key facts:

- Audience: event organisers (concerts, sports, festivals, conferences, comedy, museums, theatre, hospitality, recurring events), from community events to stadium-scale tournaments.
- Sales channels: organiser website, branded event pages, WhatsApp and social links, partners and resellers, QR campaigns, and on-the-day box office. All channels read from one live inventory.
- Payments: mobile money (MTN, Airtel, M-Pesa), Visa and Mastercard, bank transfer, cash at the box office. Multiple currencies. Payouts weekly, per event, or on demand, to bank or mobile money.
- Checkout: no buyer accounts or apps required; tickets arrive instantly by email or WhatsApp with a QR code. Seat selection, promo codes, add-ons, and split payments for group bookings (each person pays their own share, reminders run automatically).
- Reserved seating: stadiums, theatres and cinemas on live seat maps, with best available, wheelchair spaces, companion seats and restricted-view flags.
- Box office: walk-up sales from the same inventory, cash and mobile money, complimentary tickets, reserved allocations, thermal ticket printing. Scanning and sales keep working offline and sync when the connection returns.
- Operations: team roles and permissions with an audit trail, refunds and transfers from the dashboard, live gate monitoring, analytics and exportable reports.
- Pricing: free to set up, no monthly fees; a per-ticket fee on sales, agreed up front. Free events are free to run.
- Support: a human team on WhatsApp, phone and email, with priority cover on event days.

- Ticket buyers: buy tickets online from the event page with mobile money or card; tickets arrive instantly by email or WhatsApp with a QR code, and can be added to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Lost tickets are recovered by the email or phone used at purchase, no order number needed. Ticket validity is checked against the event name, ticket type and order number in the delivery message, or verified by the organiser or TKT support.
- Conferences: online registration and RSVP management, delegate communications, accreditation passes, on-site badge printing, and branded lanyards and tags custom to each event. Access control manages privileges such as session and zone entry, meals and gift bags.
- Sports: matchday ticketing for clubs, leagues and national federations, including stadium zones, season tickets, and turnstile and handheld scanner integration.
- Company: built by Loft Technologies Ltd, whose event technology has powered CHAN, CAF Qualifiers, the Uganda Premier League, the Kenya Premier League, Blankets & Wine, the Uganda Film Festival and national conferences.
